WoW Upgrades - The Item Level Upgrade Upgrader

Upgrades give you boosts in specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item by +3. A random extra substat is also increased with every upgrade.

Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or very high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as important for those with higher variance due to the requirement to roll an exact version.

The item upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by giving the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. However, the item used to upgrade will be consumed forever and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be applied to Enchantments.
